If you're thinking about signing up, have questions, or are already signed up, this night is for you! And if you're not quite ready to dive into volunteering, please still join us. Part of the evening will be spent together as a full group, sharing ideas, asking questions, and hearing from our community.

Here's the overview of the night: 

• Snacks & Drinks Provided (you should know we're passionate about good snacks) 
• Board business (brief)
• Full-group discussion (fun)
• Social time after the meeting! (very fun)

6:00-7:00 pm There's some quick business the board needs to attend to (all that compliance and official voting stuff) and  then we'll be discussing and brainstorming some ideas for the year! We'd love to hear from the community, so please feel free to attend this first hour! 

7:00-8:00 pm We'll dive into what it looks like to volunteer at Pioneer and find the best fit for you. Think of this as a live-action version of "Choose Your Own Adventure" books. 

8:00 pm  Once we have adjounred the meeting, we will head to Pints Barn (114 E St SW, Tumwater, WA) for some social time (and more snacks.) 

Please know that one of our main goals moving forward is to provide childcare in the Pioneer Gym from 6:00-8:00 pm for any meeting attendees. We are partnering with Olympia High School Leadership to make this happen and are hoping that we will have everything set up for October or November 2026.
